I started this site about a month and a half ago. As you can see, this is my first post. When I first came up with the idea to have a blog, it sounded fun.
Yay, I can write about things!!!
But now I have absolutely no idea what the hell to write about. It's like every time I get in front of my computer, my mind (typically full of bullshit ideas) instantly clears out.
This is a problem that I've had before with another site that I tried a while back. Will I talk politics? People? My hatred of various things? My first pass at this was a little bit scattered. And by a little bit, I mean WIDELY scattered. First it was politics, then it was various nonsense that no one could follow. Eventually I settled on blogging about my diabetic life, but since I fell so much into a routine that, too, didn't work out too well.
I created this new persona (Twitter-based, come find me!) so I can talk about my new role as a Data Architect, but through my initial journey the past two months I've found more success in discussing my role as a father.
So the question is, will this be more of a success, or will it fall flat on my face like my last attempt? At least this time I'm not stupid enough to pay for a custom URL.
That comes when I start getting some hits 😊
